Worksheet data changes - upload issue with desktop integrator

Missing upload button in the excel desktop integrator

I am working on uploading data for a client using their compensation worksheet. I am able to download the worksheet, populate the data I need to in the correct cells/columns, but when I look up to press upload into the system, the upload button is missing. I upgraded my desktop integration installer, but it is still missing. Anyone know why and how I can fix this?
