Define Flat Prices independently of SO Quantities

Hi Gurus,

I wanted to check if there is any possibility to define a Flat Price for a SO line independently of Order Quantities.

I have defined a Flat Rate for Freight and wanted to know if it's possible to do the same dor a Sale Price.
