View Payslips as manager

Hello Experts.

As HR I can go into Person Management and use View payslips option to see the payslips of my employees.
Does the manager has any way to see them as well.
Case: User in Vacation requires this info, easur to access the Manager than HR etc.

Can it be possibel to give access to Manager sees his/her employees Payslips?
