Individual plans - hide plan

need to hide 1 plan for a specific role

hi all,

we have 3 individual plans ( few options in each of them but all of them in the same LE).

for a specific role - i need to give the ability to view/Edit only 2 of the 3 plan. meaning that one plan should be hidden for a specific role.

i was tried to set up the plan by the task "manage individual compensation plan" --> "Plan access" it seems that it can only be restricted by an HR action and should be relevant to all users.. 

is there any way to do it?!
