Talent Review meetings

Talent Review meetings not visible to facilitator

Hi community. I am new to Talent Review and am just setting up my first meetings. I have set up some meetings and all seems successful, I have added others as facilitators along with myself. I have confirmed that the business leader can view the meeting but the meetings won't appear under Talent Review for the facilitators. I don't doubt that this is user error somewhere but hoping somebody else has had a similar issue and so can point me to what I am doing wrong?
