Change default bill to location on BU triggers error on change orders

Summary

We've recently changed the default bill to location on a specific BU and now when modifying purchase orders from that BU, we're faced to the error message "The value of bill to location isn't valid"

It there a way to avoid the error message "The value of bill to location isn't valid" on change orders after having changed default bill to location on a business unit?

Modification of the existing bill to location on the field we're interested in (country) is not possible and creating a new address doesn't respond to our need neither, thus we thought of creating a new location.
