Issue with Opportunities and Sales Leads displaying in Outlook

We are on the latest OSC (CX Sales) version - 20C. We are deploying the Office 365 Add-In. Predominantly in our business we use the Desktop version rather than the web version of Microsoft Outlook.  We are advising users to use Chrome or Firefox default browsers.  

In Desktop Outlook, when the user selects the Plugin, the menu option behaves inconsistently. Sometimes Opportunities and Sales Leads will appear; sometimes just Sales Leads OR Opportunities appear; sometimes neither appear.  

We are being given the instruction to "clear cache" on the default browser and Chrome is the one we are mainly using. But this issue still happens in the same day is clearing cache.
