Allocating budget through modeling

Hi all,

I’m starting to configure a compensation plan. Managers will use this plan to define bonus and merit increase for their employees. The first step will be to allocate budget. We want to allocate budget centrally (from administration side) and not to permit to managers to allocate it. This budget should be allocated automatically using specific rules (i.e. basing on the number of employee in a specific department who has a specific custom field populated). I think so to use modeling to allocate budget. I saw that there is, in the plan configuration, a step to enable modeling to be accessible
