Allocating budget, excluding specific employees

Hi all,

I am studying a way to implement our rules to allocate budget to employees. I am trying to understand the modeling allocation. My requirement is to allocate an amount to each manager basing on the eligible employees. I saw that in the “Manage global models” task, you can define the Allocation method (i.e. Allocate n amount per person) and specify the criteria to group employees (by manager or by department). If id this, I see all employees in the list but I have to exclude a specific person type of employees and employees with a specific performance rating. How can
