Currency for Opportunity

Hi,

For the users who belong to US Business Unit while creating the leads and opportunities need to have the default currency as USD but currently it is showing as GBP

There is new ledger setup for US region and using Manage Data Set Access it is assigned to the user but still when I login in Sales Cloud I found only GBP not USD

I understand there is way to do this using Regional Settings but is this the only way as there are more than 200 users in US region
