What options that Oracle provide that allows a new hire to sign an offer letter?

We have offer letters created, but we don't have the capability as of now to allow a new hire to electronically sign their offers of employment. 

Is there a way a integration can be built with let's say DocuSign where we can send the offer letter templates and allow the new hire to sign their form and send back to ORC?

What are the options to accomplish this?
