Dear Experts, We are in 20C.  last month we kicked off our Performance cycle and during the configuration of it, we noticed after upgrade Performance rating and descriptions were the same so we made change in each Rating description to include first statement of description.  Now that we are in UAT for Comp cycle, we notice that our compensation workbook includes the rating description instead of actual rating name (Poor performance (1), Strong Performance (3), etc).  is there a way this can be distinguished on compensation and actual rating can be pulled under the same Overall Performance Rating?  please see attached

Howdy, Stranger!
