E-Share Centre - edit the fields on the approval page?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if it is possible to edit the fields included in the e-share center (screenshot attached) so that when the approver follows the link in the approval email, they are given all the information they need. 

Any advice would be gratefully received.
