Applying ODA Best Practice to the HCM Skills
Summary
Lessons learned from 12 months of hands-on experience in HCM Skill implementation projectsContent
As a former VP of Development in Oracle I was the architect of the HCM Digital Assistant Early Adopter Program, and ran that program from its launch until October of this year.
In that capacity I had the privilege of working with every customer globally who embarked on implementing the HCM Assistant in its first year following release.
In the attached slide deck I highlight a few of the hard-won learnings from those many projects, and summarise how well-established ODA best practices can be applied to the HCM Skills to greatly improve the conversational experience of your HCM Assistant users.
