Hi all,

I'm looking to create multiple analyses that will show me the average time that employees have remained in a job/job family/grade and position throughout last 3 years.

Attached you will find my catalog file, I have two questions: Is this the best manner to do this or is this a best way to complete this exercise?

2. Using my example, how can I build a trend to view the avg time employees stayed in a role in the current year and in the past two years. My idea was to just create multiple reports each with a filter on current year, current year -1 and current year -2. How could I best do this? Is there a best way to do so?
