Sending pending workers email that includes username and password reset link

How can you send an email to new hires with pending worker role pushed from ORC that includes their username and password reset link to access Oracle HCM cloud and complete onboarding checklist?

I am struggling to understand if there is a delivered functionality that will allow Oracle to send out an email to pending workers once they are pushed from ORC to HR that includes credentials to access Oracle HCM. 

We have enabled LBAC access and granted public access to pending worker role to allow external new hires to access Oracle HCM. Issue is that they need to know their credentials once offered the position. Employees use SSO in-network using their work email, however we do not want to grant any SSO access to new hire's personal email. We simply want an email to be sent out once the Pending Worker role is assigned from ORC giving new hire their credentials. Any advise?
