PPM Load Error

Hi Team,

We are trying to load the Personal Payment method for the Global transferred employees. We are loading the PPM with existing bank details into the Global transferred records.

 

The HDL load is giving an error saying "You can't create this personal payment method. The bank account associated with Personal Payment method is inactive"

AND   "The values are not valid for the bankID" error in HSDL

 

However, We are able to create the PPM and attach the same bank account in the UI page without any issues.

 

Can you please let us know if you have any solution for this ?
