Hi all,

Our salespeople have different sales channels or "skills" to work with Leads and Opportunities:

  • Inbound calls
  • Outbound calls
  • emails
  • selling in person
  • Whatsapp

Currently all of them have access to all sales channels in Leads & Opp.

Our idea is to manage these channels more dynamically and restricted. For example: Today a team of salespeople can only make outbound calls but not have access to the rest of the channels. Following week same team only Inbound and another week have access to all channels.

Is there OOTB in Sales some setting or functionality to manage it like this? Or do I have to develop custom validations and other custom ones?
