Fluid pop-ups - do not go away

Fluid pop-ups stay on the screen even when the user navigates away from the pop-up

Hello,

Exelon is on 20D.04 and our browser is Chrome. Our team is encountering issues with Fluid where pop-ups would stay on the screen even when the user navigates away from the pop-up. 

The only way to remove the pop-up is to navigate back to the home screen. This is detrimental to recruiter productivity. It is frustrating for the team and does not encourage user adoption. 

Are other Taleo clients are experiencing this?
