Help section in Fluid

Where is Help going in Fluid?

Our users want to know what the plan is for a Help section in Fluid like there is in Flex / Legacy Recruiting.  Does anyone have any insight on this?  I'm referring to the content that is displayed based on the "Taleo Recruiting Online Clips URL" setting.
