Unable to find Transfer from Organization in Local Sourcing Rule.

Hi,

I am not able to select the Transfer from Organization while defining the Local Sourcing rule, I have defined the Inter organization parameters and Transit times b/w the Source and Destination organization but still, I am not able to select the Source Organization in LOV.

Can someone please let us know on what basis Transfer from Organization will be shown in LOV. I am not able to see any Value in Transfer from Organization, PFA screenshot.
