Offer approval based on BPM calculation does not return the right result
Content
Hello ORC Community,
Have 2 fields in the job requisition creation - Minimum salary and Maximum salary for the role.
Was trying to build approval rules with BPM worklist to compute compa ratio and use the result of the calculation (if it falls within 80% to 120% of the compa ratio), if it falls within the range, it shall be user self-approved. However, by far out of the testing results, the syntax fails to work according to the input in the two fields.
Wonder if there is any similar situation that you have previously encountered/ have some suggestion on how to make this work.
