ATP Database is getting stopped with activity

I've been accessing my free ATP database via SQL Developer and APEX routinely, although it keeps stopping. I've restarted the database three time in the last two days. Please advise
I've seen another post titled ""ATP Database is getting stopped automatically"
I just started the database again 20 minutes ago and it's stopped already. See attached.
