Invoice on kept on hold due to "Cannot create liability account"

One of the Invoice stuck put on hold due to "Cannot create liability account". I verified the account its set Account type as " Liability" and don't see any issue but invoice is on hold.

please suggest why this kept on hold. How to release this hold and which setup is causing the issue.
