Automatically update job requisition status to Open - Filled after hiring a candidate

Hi. 

I am testing ORC and noticed that the job requisitions do not change their status automatically when a candidate accepts the offer and hire is made for that position. This makes the list of job requisition clutters and confusing for others who are not aware which positions have been filled, withut clicking a specific job req to see hire was made.

How can I work around this and create a process to automatically close out any job requisition ONLY after a recruiter pushes the new hire to "Move to HR" action.
