We need to cancel the work relationship and then redraft the offer.

Apologies. Description somehow didn't got posted.

We are looking on a scenario where candidate after accepting the offer has moved to HR as pending worker with a date of joining in future. Candidate informs recruiter that there will be a delay of one week in his joining. As I understand we can go ahead and change the date for the Pending Worker record but in case the offer needs to be re-drafted with correct joining date what is the approach a recruiter should take?
What I can think of is Recruiter can go to 'Manage Job Offers' > Return to Manual Processing > Withdraw > return back to Hiring workarea > Requisition > Candidate > Redraft the Offer > Extend with Correct date. I can also see an option for 'Redraft Offer' in Manage Job Offers but that is greyed out for 'Error During Processing', 'Pending Manual Processing' or 'Processing in Progress' states

    Hi Soumya,

The process you describe is how i approach this, I do not believe you can redraft without withdrawing the candidate.

We first cancel the work relationship from Pending employee tab and then start with the steps you have mentioned from Manage job offers.

    Hi All,

I have posted this idea as currently the only way to reflect the changes is as the team proposes above, will be beneficial if we can update the data in the ORC side and the change is reflected in Core HR.
