Taleo & Multi Factor Authentication?

Hello

Does anyone know if Taleo supports Multi Factor Authentication?  Specifically our IT Dept is asking If a “bypass URL” is leveraged and a candidate directly logs into Taleo, can Taleo support MFA? If so, what mechanism(s)? SMS/email/etc
