Candidate is not able to accept/decline job offer in e-Signature job offer screen

I am testing accepting job offer as external candidate but noticed that once I receive the email of the job offer and click on "Respond To Job Offer" button, I then click on Accept at the bottom of the job offer, once I enter my e-Signature and click on Accept, no response is being made. I also don't receive any email notifications as an admin notifying me that the job offer was accepted by the candidate. The only time this functionality works is when I accept the job offer on behalf of the candidate, and only then will I receive
