Recruiting - Reporting on a candidate source when added by a recruiter

HI experts, I need your help if possible. We haven't been using agency recruiting in ORC because of a system functionality issue  so have had to resort to a workaround.

Our recruiters manually add agency candidates to the system and when doing so add the agency name as the 'source' for the candidate. We have configured each agency as a manual source so this is working well. Then the recruiter manually adds the candidate to the relevant requisition and then the process concludes and the requisition is filled. My problem is that all my candidate sourcing reports are listing these agency candidates as follows: 'Source Name: Candidate Search' and 'Source Medium: Candidate added to job requisition'
