How to delete Business Unit


By mistake we defined incorrect Business unit and assigned incorrect RDS to BU.  RDS field is grayed once saved so in-activated the BU in Production.

But customer is asking us to delete this BU. Please suggest the way to delete the BU. I can't make use of same BU with same RDS as others already defined.
