We have verified the following:

Account setup in Chart of Accounts and Enabled

Account does not have a Cross Validation Rule related to it

Related error message account only has one account as condition and is correct

Unable to add new account combination due to same error

Ran the Inherit Segment attribute job successfully.

Very strange - has anyone run into this? 

The account in error has been used with other company combinations fine but again, no related cross validation rule.

The only thing I can think is the table is not updating accordingly?
