ORC - display an internal candidate home phone number

In ORC internal candidate's work phone number displays (if it has been recorded) in the recruiter view of the requisition when they are viewing candidate applications. However, we are getting a large number of internal candidates that prefer to be contacted on their personal number for phone screening /phone interviews and the recruiter cannot see this detail. As mentioned, work phone is visible but no others can be seen.

 

Is there a setting or personalisation  can complete to make this visible?
