Hi,
we enabled the notifications related to the assignment, editing, and deletion of the development goals (we did this action following these steps: Setup and Maintenance > actions > Go to Offerings > Workforce Development> Opt-in features > Career development > click on the pencil >Career Development Notification Options).
However I noticed this anomalous behavior: when a Line Manager assigns a development goal to one of his/her direct reports, the notification sent to his/her report is wrong. I attached the screenshot 'Error_Notification.png', where I underlined the name of the employee ('Silvia Mora') who received the email, the name of her Line Manager ('Andrea Giallini') and the source, namely the role of the user who assigned the development goal ('Specialista HR', i.e HR Specialist); this role is wrong because the user who assigned the goal is the 'Line Manager' and not the 'HR Specialist'.
