Q: What is the scope of each quarterly update?

A: Quarterly updates are incremental in nature and are not anticipated to introduce major changes requiring large change management efforts. Generally new features and functionality will be turned off by default, allowing new features to be implemented as the business needs.

Q: When are the Quarterly Updates available (22A forward)?

A: Quarterly updates are applied based on your Quarterly Update Group as shown below. Staging zones will be scheduled during the first week, and production zones will be updated approximately three weeks after staging zones. Updates are scheduled during your maintenance window. For US Government customers please see
