Prevent password expiry e-mail from being sent

Summary

I want to stop "your password will expire" e-mails from ever being sent

Content

In this particular scenario, user passwords and password policy are being administered via SSO outside Oracle Cloud ERP however, ERP keeps sending pasword expiry e-mails, and users get confused.

Can these e-mails be stopped? Is there a way to set the passwords to never expire and prevent further notifications?
