Hello,

When we create a payment, we choose the bank (Scotia Bank) and payment process profile (DO01_DOP_Payment_Process), the Payment Document segment doesn't fill automatically. But, when we choose the another bank (Progresso) and the same payment process profile (DO01_DOP_Payment_Process), the Payment Document segment fills automatically. We checked the definition of the banks, but we didn't find any differences. Why does not Payment Document segment fill automatically?
