20D - BIP Email for Offboarding Checklist Do Not Support Task Name Condition
Summary
20D - BIP Email for Offboarding Checklist Do Not Support Task Name ConditionContent
Hi - we have customized BIP Email that triggers when Offboarding Checklist is assigned to an Employee who submits Resignation.
Checklist is created in such a way that Employee/Manager/HR has 3 individual tasks to complete. Employee will get assigned with the checklist as well as task and both Manager and HR will get the task on behalf of Employee and there wont be any checklist assigned to them.
What we observed is that both Employee and Manager will get Email notification from one report which is - TaskActionRequiredReport and HR will get an FYI from ChecklistTaskPerformerFYIReport.
