How to check User Login from which location like Country /Place/Time / IP Address

There is strange thing happened with one user. User is saying that he is not done /created the transaction/user ID in the system but user name is showing in "Created by" and "Last updated by".

Do we have any Audit / report to show the IP Address of user login history from which location/country. That would be easy for us to track it.
