Issues launching HCM Extract with recurring scheduling

hello folks! 

Happy new year! 

I'm opening this post to ask for help to investigate why when I am running HCM Extract with recurring scheduling while Effective Date blank the flow goes to error. 

 

We have other extracts that run with Effective Date blank and work fine. Any idea?
