Digital Assistant Configuration error

Receiving error while configuring Digital AssistantContent
We are receiving an error message when configuring the Digital Assistant in Fusion Application.
Error message:
"An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 15, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_HCM_UIAPP.".
It worked fine previously. Could anyone please help if we are missing any thing ?
Steps to replicate the issue:
HCM Design Studio > Digital Assistant Configuration > Enter Server URL of the ODA Instance details and 'Web Channel ID' > Click on 'Save and Close'.
