Deep link to req results in error

I'm trying to deep link to a requisition I created but I'm getting an error.

My URL is ccservices.taleo.net/enterprise/publicurl/viewRequisition?requisitionNumber=210004 where 210004 is the requisition number.

It takes me to my zone but it gives the attached error. I'm really not sure what is going on and I'm tired of bashing my head against the wall trying to figure it out. So help?
