Menus missing in an environment preventing from creating position adverts

Hi, 

I have a strange, in our new development environment within Profiles the 8 options are missing, I am after the model profiles where I can create job adverts against the position, however the entire menus are missing, just has a search bar to search for tasks which won't find the menus either. It is really strange as this is there in our old environment and is there in our Gold versions, however the one we need to use is actually missing. There are no personalisations on this menu so I am unsure what has happened.
