Stuck with the steps I am following.



I am enabling Digital Assistant in the Oracle Cloud SaaS Application and I have this document [] where I already complied with all the steps required in the Enabling Digital Assistant in the Oracle Cloud SaaS. My concern is, I am expecting a chat widget in the SaaS Application but no chat widget is appearing even though I have followed all the steps.

I tried also to proceed in the next where I will Upload Roles for Digital Assistant Access. I am currently stuck in this step:
