We are currently in the design phase for Oracle Recruit and wanted to see if any other customers have any ideas on rapid recruiting.

Scenario:

We have a current direct hire process where we bypass a requisition/candidate/offer process in Taleo and key an employee directly into HCM in situations such as increased emergency shop workers needed as a result of the pandemic. We house a web form on a Sharepoint site and the manager will key the org details and candidate details then we have an automated RPA process which will key this directly into an employee record.
