Default report filter - Lead owner = Logged in user

Help with configuring a new report filter that will default to the current logged in user

I want to create a report called "My Leads" with a fixed filter that will always have the value of the logged in user. For example, when Chris runs the report he should see only leads that he owns but when Mary runs the same report she should only see the leads that she owns. I do not want to provide users a prompt as they should never be able to select someone else in the report. I cannot find documentation on how to do this. Any suggestions?
