The following error message encountered after submission of a multiple line sales orders. There are 71 lines and 2 of them encountered the following errors. Line status of the 2 order lines remained in Not Started status. After doing recover process, the 2 lines progressed and are in Awaiting Shipping status. There was no data correction done to progress the affected order lines after recover process.

We need to understand what cause the error and how we can prevent the re-occurence of this error. 

 

ERROR DOO_CMN_GROUP_LOCK The response cannot be accepted for task DOO_Supply because one or more fulfillment lines for orchestration process s are locked.
