Global Transfer failed - A person can have only one active primary work relationship or A primary assignment already exists.

What should I do to avoid the rejection due to active Primary work relationship or primary assignment ?
I would like to automatically switch it to inactive and add the global transfer as active primary work relationship.

 

Example  N°1 - HDL failed to do GLB_TRANSFER due to the reason "A person can have only one active primary work relationship" (worker1.dat)
