Hiring Managers Unable to Save Requisitions

We upgraded to 20D.0.6 and our Hiring Managers are having issues saving new requisitions.  When Hiring Managers try to save the requisitions they received error message "unable to save requisition" although all required fields listed in the Inspect Tool are completed.  Anyone else experiencing this issue in 20D.0.6?
