20D: Onboarding Transitions PDF Error (under System Documents)

We recently upgraded to 20D and are experiencing an issue with some of our onboarding documents. Candidates and Admins are unable to open the PDF file under their onboarding new hire task. The following error message appears, "There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired." New hires are unable to proceed with onboarding tasks.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?
