A customer would like to purge candidate information using Remove Person Information process for those that not accessed the candidate portal nor applied for an active role within the last 6 months, but would like to automate the process.

My thoughts are to do the following:

1. Create an extract that pulls the individuals matching this requirement

2. Convert to a HDL file (to perform a soft-delete)

3. Convert to a text file with candidate numbers to submit as part of the Remove Person Information scheduled process .

 Questions

a. Do you know how one can check last login for candidate to portal to identify population for purging?
